I found this book really easy to read, the author was straight and to the point with a lot of great advice. The chapters are divided by characteristics that top earning advisors share and even though the advice may seem “touchy-feely” on the surface, it resonated with me and gave a great perspective on what success looks like for financial advisors. I’d recommend it to anyone starting out in the field or to someone looking for a fresh perspective and a boost in confidence.
